I was very happy with my order, I received it within 3 days of ordering. It looks exactly like the pictures on the website and they provide an example of how the name you choose will look on the personalised star decoration which is a nice touch. It would be nice to receive this in maybe a nice organza bag or something of that nature rather than a clear zip bag, but overall I was happy with my order and how quick I received it. We personalise your decoration to order just for you for €14.20 and it is received as pictured including the dimensions outlined here. Courier delivery is €5.99, it was ordered on Thursday night and personalised and delivered by Wednesday during peak season (4 working days). We wouldn’t be prepared to offer any postage service less than worthy of this speed and value for this time of the year. Thank you again for your feedback. 🙂
