Service was excellent and very prompt. However, a little disappointed with the pencil case – the description said “Pink microfibre pencil case is embroidered with any name up to 15 characters” – it is not embroidered but printed. Also, as an Irish site, with most Irish names being quite long, being restricted to only 15 characters can be a problem.
