Necklace is lovely although one out of two I received seemed faulty (Loose link) as it broke same day, emailed staff, got reply almost straight away fully apologetic and assured of new product sent right back. Second necklace is perfect so just received bad one but customer service is best I ever dealt with, very friendly and helpful.
